Culinary vacation with Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine

Just like everything at the Classic Hotel am Stetteneck, our culinary offering is small but exquisite! Marija and her team take care of their guests with great affection, striving not to leave any desires unfulfilled.

In the morning, a rich and diverse breakfast buffet awaits you, providing you with vitamins and energy to start your vacation day in the best way possible.

In the evening, our chef Mirko presents menus featuring local specialties from Val Gardena valley and classic Italian recipes.

During the height of summer, a special event awaits our guests: the alpine barbecue in the mountains. Selected South Tyrolean wines, slow-cooked mountain rib-eye steak, and arguably the best Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) in the Alps make this lunch a unique experience.

Our kitchen team puts all their passion into creating our dishes every day.

In addition to the classics of Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine, the selection also includes vegetarian options, refined fish dishes, and special gluten-free or lactose-free dishes. We are always available for special diets.

Particularly beloved is the homemade apple strudel, one of the best in the entire valley!

In addition to the comfortable hotel bar with its historic vaulted ceiling, our "The Classic" - Cafe Stetteneck invites you to relax.

It's the smallest café in Val Gardena, making it an intimate and personal spot. Year-round, it offers a sunny terrace where you can observe the lively pedestrian area of Ortisei.

Whether it's a quick espresso in the morning, a refreshing break in the afternoon, an evening aperitif, or, in the height of summer, a late-night drink, Cafe Stetteneck caters to every need.
