Cancellation policy Winter 2022/23
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
For cancellations made within 20 days or less of expected arrival or early departure, the following penalties apply (% of the total amount of the booked stay):
• 21 or more days prior to arrival 0%
• from 20 to 8 days prior to arrival 50%
• from 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100%
In case of a of timely cancellation, the deposit will either refunded or credited to you for a future stay, as you prefer.
• reduction for children in additional bed from 0 to 3 years -70%
• reduction for children in additional bed from 3 years to 7,9 years -50%
• reduction for children from 8 years and adults in additional bed or sofa -30%
Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely be broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
